  • When will Online Registration be open?

    Our online registration system opens on Feb 15th and our early registration ends May 15th. After May 15th a late fee will be applied to registration and placement on a team is not assured.

  • When will I know if I am accepted on a team?

    For teams from U11/U12 Select plus U13 to U18, you will be contacted immediately after evaluations (for evaluation team players) or at the team formation evening in June (for non evaluation team players). Our goal for these age groups is to have completion by June 30th.

    For U8 to U12 house teams, our goal is to have teams formed by July 31st.

    For U4 to U7 (IA), our goal is to have complete information available in Early September based on allocation provided by the School District.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Only those players who register by May 15th will be placed on a team in the pre-determined order of registration (subject to Coach availability). After May 15th, a late fee of $50.00 applies.

    If you are being placed on a waitlist, you will be required to pay the $50 late fee only. If you are offered a position on a team by Aug 15th and decline, the late fee will not be refunded. If you are not placed on a team at all, the late fee will be reimbursed.

    Players and parents should be aware that accepting, including verbal, and then subsequently withdrawing from one of the following teams will result in forfeiture of their registration fees:

    • All U13 – U18 teams
    • U11 - U12 Select teams
    • U8 – U10 Development Teams
    Players participating in U12 and below age groups, excluding Development and Select players (as stated above), are eligible for refunds (subject to the same contingencies listed above), provided such requests are received in writing by Member Services prior to October 15th.

    A written request to the Registrar is required for the return of registration fees. It is club policy that refunds will ONLY be given under extenuating circumstances. Return of the registration fee will be contingent on the following:

    • a $30.00 cancellation fee
    • prorated amount, based on portion of season elapsed
    • deduction of unrecoverable costs (i.e. affiliation fees, equipment, team pictures, etc.)
    • return of any outstanding raffle tickets and/or funds

  • What if I do not have a credit card?

    Registrants without online access or credit cards are asked to register online with the assistance of a friend, relative, employer or via public facilities (all local libraries provide free online access) online with a pre-paid credit card….see details of various available cards at: http://dan.matan.ca/Canadian-Prepaid-Mastercard-Visa-Card-Reviews-Information

  • Is there an in-person registration day?

    No, our registration process is only supported on-line.

  • If I played for CMFSC last season, do I still need to register?

    Yes, the same procedure applies to CMFSC players…only players who register by May 15th will be placed on a team in the pre-determined order of registration (subject to Coach availability)

  • How do I register my child?

    All players must register for the 2018-19 season prior to the first evaluation for their respective team/level.

    All Division 3 players are asked to register prior to May 15th and prior to the team formation sessions held in June.

    As per our registration policy only those players House (Division 3) players who register by May 15th will be placed on a team in the pre-determined order of registration. After May 15th, a non-refundable late fee of $50.00 applies, and team placement is not assured.

  • How do I register for evaluations/tryouts for Under 11 to Under 18 players?

    U11 - U12 Division 1 and 2 players must register and pay for the 2018-19 Season for Under 11 or Under 12 House in your respective age groups. Please indicate the level that you are requesting to be evaluated at on the player questionnaire. Selected players will be transferred internally after evaluations and asked to pay the difference in fees at that time for the difference in registration between House and Select. This must be done prior to evaluations.

    U13 - U18 CMFSC returning players must register and pay for Division 3 in your respective age groups. Please indicate the level that you are requested to be evaluated at on the player questionnaire. Selected players will be transferred internally after evaluations and asked to pay the difference in registration at that time for the difference in registration cost. Players will not be allowed to participate in evaluations that do not have this process complete.

    Out of Club players are asked to register for evaluations, including a $10.00* payment online. Please use the link below to register.*please note if selected to a CMFSC team this $10.00 will automatically be applied to your registration cost*Players will not be allowed to participate in evaluations that do not have this process complete.

    For CMFSC returning players that are applying for Kidsport or Jumpstart, they are required to email their grant request to CMFSC’s registrar prior to attending evaluations). Please contact the CMFSC Registrar directly at registrar/at/cmfsc.ca for the Kidsport application form. (Jumpstart forms are available directly from the program).

  • How do I apply for Kidsport funding?

    Kidsport grants applicants should contact the CMFSC Registrar to obtain the correct pre-filled form (Evaluation players should do this prior to evaluations).

  • How do I apply for Jumpstart funding?

    Jumpstart grant applicants should contact Jumpstart directly for grant forms, but are asked to return a scanned copy of the completed form by email to Bruce Dent - Registrar.

  • Do I need to register by a certain date?

  • Do I need to keep a receipt?

    You do not need to present a receipt when attending programs. 

    To access receipts for programs you have paid and registered for, please first log into your Power Up account. On the left side of the screen, click the RECEIPTS tab. This screen will show all of your past purchases - click the applicable order number to access the receipt. Click the BLUE printer button to print for your records.

  • How do I register my child for a U11 - U12 Division 1 or 2 team?

    All players must register for the current season prior to the first Under 11 evaluation date. When registering choose either Under 11 or Under 12 Select. The evaluation schedule can be found here

  • How do I register my child for a U11 - U12 House team?

    Registration is available February 15th. Please refer to the following link regarding registration.

  • Are the teams arranged by playing ability?

    Teams will be organized based on player registration, gym scheduling and coach availability. We also do our best to keep teams from previous years together.
