Current Status

- Please call (604) 878-3534 for registration related inquires, and a message providing basic registration information
- Questions relating to a specific age group may also be emailed to your Age Group Coordinator listed at: http://www.cmfsc.ca/contacts.htm

- Evaluation players require a 2nd (free) online registration available at: http://www.cmfsc.ca/CMFSC_evaluations_2010.php

- Players who register after June 15th, will be subject to a $30.00 late registration fee and are not guaranteed a team (regardless if they played for CMFSC in the prior season)
- All unregistered players after August 1st are not permitted to practice or play as they are uninsured players, and in violation of the club's liability insurance policy
Key Changes for 2010-2011
- Separate registration is required for Y-League evaluations at: http://www.cmfsc.ca/Y-League/Y_League_evaluations2010.php
- All 2010-2011 registrations will be received through our online system available at: http://www.cmfsc.ca/registrations.htm
- New maximum of $200.00 for Kidsport applications. Please photocopy the grant application before submission to Kidsport and give the copy with the remainder of fees (cash or money order only) to Age Group Coordinators for online keying....see Age Group Coordinator listing at: http://www.cmfsc.ca/contacts.htm
- The family discount (3rd & subsequent registrants per family) has been increased from $30.00 to $50.00 per player
- There will be no in-person registration sessions for this season
- Registrants without online access or credit cards are asked to register online with the assistance of a friend, relative, employer or via public facilities (all local libraries provide free online access)
- Evaluation players who have accepted a position on a team will not be granted registration fee refunds if they elect to migrate to another club
Competitive Coach Reminders Season 2010-2011
Player/Coach ID Cards
- All teams' player cards are to be returned to the Registrar immediately after your last game
- All players and team officials from U13 up require an BCSA ID card
- All player and team official cards will be ready for October 1st
- You may card up to 4 officials per team. Girls' teams must have at least one female official
Team List Submission Deadlines
- Submission deadlines for team lists are listed below
- Teams with evaluations (U11-U18) - June 15th
- Teams without evaluations (U11-U18) - Aug 15th
- Minis teams (U5-U10) - Sept 20th
Criminal Record Checks
- All team officials (Coach, Assistant Coaches, and Manager) must complete a Criminal Record Check
- Criminal Record Check forms are available from the CMFSC Risk Coordinator, Nancy Moore who can be contacted at: nmoore@shaw.ca
- ID cards will not be released until the Club has received your Criminal Record Check!
