Referee Annual Registration
All Referees, new and returning, must register with the British Columbia Soccer Association on an annual basis. As part of the NEW CSA / BCSA Referee Development Program, effective August 1-2007, all Referees are to be registered for the same annual cycle, April 1 through March 31 each year. All new referees are only able to register if they have attended and passed a Class 4 Referee Clinic.
All returning referees are only able to re-register if they have attended an annual Referee Refresher Clinic. These Refresher Clinics are held in the late Summer / Fall (between August 15 and November 15), which enables referees to register annnually with the BCSA. (example; attend a September 3, 2008 Refresher which allows you to perform your Annual Referee Registration for the April 1, 2009 through to March 31, 2010 season.)
