Dale Mitchell - Technical Director BCSPL
Dale is the all-time leading scorer for Canada (17 goals, ’80-’93) and is a Canada Soccer Hall of Fame Member. He represented Canada at the World Cup (Mexico, ’86) and in the Olympics (Los Angeles, ’84). He has played professionally in NASL (’77-’83), MISL (’83-’93) & CSL (’88-’94). Dale coached Canada (’07-’09), Canada Under 20’s (’01-’07), and Vancouver Whitecaps (’99-’01). Dale holds an A-National Coaching License.

Les Krivak - U13 Boys (intake) Slovan
Les has 11 years experience coaching with CMFSC and has been very successful.  In their last season in the Select league, Les led the 1995 Sparta team to a Provincial Cup title and third place finish at the Canadian Club Championships.  Most recently he led the Under 15 Y-League Boys team to qualify for the North American National Finals.  He holds his National B license and is currently working towards his A-license.  He was also a Whitecaps Prospects coach for the 2008 & 2009 season.  Les has also been a player/coach for Sloan FC and FVSL. 

Danny Jones - U13 Boys Millenium
Danny has been a long time player & coach with Coquitlam Metro-Ford.  Last year, Danny and Peter Price’s U15 CMFSC Super Y League team not only  clinched the Pacific Northwest league title  for a second year in a row but recently won the SYL North American Championship in Florida to becoming the first CMF team to become North American Champions. He currently coaches the Under 16 Y-league team that has qualified for the North American finals in Florida again to defend their 2010 title.  Danny  has been a co-coach for the 2-time gold medal winning BC Summer games Fraser Valley team in previous years. His playing experience includes playing many years in the PCSL, VMSL, & FVSL.  He also played a year with the Vancouver 86ers and spent time playing in England.  Danny holds a B-Provincial license. 

Joey Scigliano - U14 Boys Porto
Joey has excelled at all levels of the game.  Starting in his teen years playing in England with Stoke City FC in the 1st division and then coming back to Vancouver and playing with the Vancouver 86ers from 1995 to 2001.  He also played Indoor with the Philadelphia Kixx from 2001-2004.  Joey excelled at the National level as well playing with the Under 17 & Under 20 National teams, the U-23 Olympic team, and the Canadian Men’s National Team.  He has received many accolades over the years including 86ers top scorer – 1999 and BC Soccer player of the year in 2007, to name only a few.  Joey holds a B-National license and has coached with CMF since 2004. 

Rob Mazzarolo - U15 Boys Spartans
Rob is a Coquitlam City and Metro-Ford product.  Rob played first for Coquitlam City and then with Metro-Ford in his youth playing days.  Rob has been the Head Coach of the Spartans for the last 3 seasons which placed 5 players on the 2011 Provincial Team and 3 players onto the Whitecaps residency program.   Rob holds a B-Prep license.

 

Keegan Ayre - U16 Boys Euro
Keegan is a Metro-Ford product, playing youth soccer for the club.  He currently is also a member of the CMFSC Wolves Premier Men’s Team.  For such a young player he brings with him a wealth of experience playing professionally with Hibernian FC in Scottish Premier League.  He has also represented Canada playing with the Under 17, Under 20 and Under 23 National teams.  He was on the 2007 Under 20 team that competed in the U20 World Youth Cup in Canada as well as represented Canada at the U23 Beijing Olympic qualification tournament in the United States.

Richard Henley - U13 Girls Intensity
Richard played his youth soccer with Gloucester Hornets in Ottawa, Ontario where he worked through the metro ranks and played for the senior men's league. Richard has been coaching girls soccer since 1978, where he started his career by forming an inaugural girls soccer team at his highschool. He currently holds his B Provincial coaching certificate and is planning on completing his B National course by 2013. Richard's most  recent accomplishments include coaching the 1992 born CMFSC Silence from U13 to U18. This team made coastal cup finals numerous times and won the provincial title at the U18 age group and competed in Nationals in 2010. From this team, 5 girls  we're chosen for the Whitecaps residency program, one played on the U17 women's national team and two are currently playing with the U20 National team and 7 of the remaining girls on the team went on to play soccer with scholarships at the college/university level. Richard continues to love working with this young, enthusiastic group of players and is committed to developing them to their full potential as skilled soccer players, playing a controlled, passing game.

Dennis Kindel - U14 Girls Aftershock & U16 Girls Chargers
Dennis is also another Metro-Ford product playing for the Metro-Ford Grasshoppers from 1993-1997, winning a National Championship in 1995.  Dennis holds a B National Coaching License and is a former youth National team player, SFU and Capilano College player, and former Doncaster Rovers FC (England) player.  Dennis is CMFSC’s Academy goalkeeping coach as well as the Y-League Goalkeeping Head Coach and BCSPL goalkeeping coach.  Dennis also coached the CMFSC Premier Women’s team for two seasons. Dennis was the Head Coach of the Under 14 Girls Y-League team this season that qualified for the North American National Championships in Florida. 

Peter Price - U15 Girls Benfica

 

Luis Guerreiro - U18 Girls Fusion
Luis was the Head Coach of Under 14 Fusion Girls Team (1996 age group) that were Provincial and National Champions in their Under 14 year(2009-10 season).  Luis has a long playing background in the Lower Mainland playing many years in the Vancouver Metro Soccer League in the Premier Division as well as the Pacific Coast League.  He holds a B-Prep license.
