CMFSC Evaluation Process for the 2010-2011 season
The idea behind the Evaluations process is that players are best served by being placed on teams with players of a similar ability. We ensure that all players will receive equal opportunity for selection to the team that they wish to play for. In our club, we have a year-round evaluation process for our players and if you would like any information about our evaluations please contact evaluationsboys@cmfsc.ca or evaluationsgirls@cmfsc.ca for more information.
Evaluations for the Under 11 and Under 12 age groups for both boys and girls will be held the week of March 15th.

Before attending evaluations the following steps must be completed.
| Step 1. | Evaluation Signup click HERE to register. This MUST be completed. There is no cost. |
| Step 2. | Register (and pay) with Coquitlam Metro-Ford Soccer Club (Unless you are registered with another club for the past 2009-2010 season) |
| Step 3. | Fill out Player & Parent Agreement Forms & turn in at Evaluations for the following levels. |
| Under 11 & Under 12 Select | |

| Under 14 & Above Select(boys), Metro(girls), & Gold(boys and girls) | |
| Parent Agreement | |
| Player Agreement |
*Season registration will begin on Tuesday, March 16th. This is after the Under 11 and Under 12 evaluations begin. Players attending these evaluation sessions will be expected to complete the club registration process before attending the second evaluation session.
Please remember to complete the Evaluation sign-up though.
